QuICS offers many opportunities to learn about quantum information processing, interact with leading experts in the field, and become involved in world-class research.
QuICS Fellows teach both introductory and advanced courses on a variety of topics in quantum information science, and work with graduate students in several programs and departments at the University of Maryland, including Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Physics.
QuICS also participates in programs for undergraduates at the University of Maryland and NIST, including an undergraduate Minor in Quantum Science and Engineering, and summer programs such as REU-CAAR and SURF.
