Our research on integrated photonics interposers for microcomb-based systems has been published in Light: Science & Applications.
This work describes how integrated photonics interposers can play a crucial role in tying together the various functions needed for microcomb-based systems like portable optical frequency synthesizers and optical atomic clocks, and demonstrates some of the component technology needed to build such interposers. It is the results of a collaboration with UCSB, NIST Boulder, and Ligentec.
