Atul was a QuICS Hartree Postdoctoral Fellow from 2023 to 2024. His research interests include topics in quantum cryptography, complexity and foundations. Atul obtained his PhD from the Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium (advised by Jérémie Roland) and subsequently did a postdoc at Caltech (advised by Thomas Vidick) before starting at UMD. After QuICS, Atul continued on as an Assistant Professor at IIIT Hyderabad, India.
