Emily Mercurio oversees innovation, coordination, and day-to-day operation of quantum computing workforce development, training, education, and outreach activities. Emily has previously served as a lecturer at Cornell University where she designed and taught higher education curriculum, and at Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital, where she developed STEM, arts, and women’s empowerment, and outreach programs.
