I am Guilherme de Sousa (he/him), a fourth-year PhD candidate in theoretical physics at the University of Maryland - College Park. I work with Prof. Christopher Jarzynski and Prof. Ian Spielman on quantum control, quantum measurement theory, statistical physics, and machine learning. My research interest include quantum information and quantum thermodynamics.
