Huiyang Zhou is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University. His research focuses on computer architecture with special interests in high-performance microarchitecture, General Purpose Computation on Graphics Processors (GPGPU), OpenCL for FPGAs, quantum computing, low-power architecture, DSP architecture, media processing architecture, architectural support for reliability, and more. Zhou received his doctorate in computer engineering from NC State University in 2003.
