Abstract
We demonstrate the first widely-separated optical parametric oscillation in silicon nanophotonics, with milliwatt-level threshold power that is > 50 times smaller than other widely-separated OPOs. This demonstration is promising for on-chip visible light generation. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
