An IC Postdoctoral Fellow, Madison's research interests lie at the intersection of AMO, quantum information, and condensed matter/many-body physics. She received her PhD in 2022, developing quantum simulation and quantum measurement techniques with Bose-Einstein condensates. Now, in building a neutral atom quantum processor, she seeks to demonstrate novel crosstalk free gate and readout protocols as well as realize a Rydberg tweezer based platform for future dual-species many-body quantum simulation.
